TCA Screened to 0.5 Parts Per Trillion. Every Bale.

Our NDtech gas chromatography line tests each individual stopper in seconds — not batch samples, not statistical inference. Before any washing process begins, every bale of 10,000 corks is screened by GC/MS. Over 99% of stoppers leave our floor with less than 1 ng/L releasable TCA. Half carry less than 0.5 ng/L. The guarantee is in the data, not the marketing copy.

Compression Recovery Within ±2%. At −80°C and 140°C Both.

Cork's near-zero Poisson's ratio means the stopper radius barely changes under axial load — critical for aerospace vibration-dampening gaskets where dimensional creep is a failure mode. Our composite cork-nitrile and cork-silicone sheets are tested across the full operating envelope. Every sheet grade ships with a compression recovery certificate. Specify the load cycle, we'll match the grade.

Moisture Migration Below 0.5 mg Per Stopper. Batch Certified.

Suberin — the fatty acid matrix in cork's cell walls — is what makes cork permanently impermeable. Not a coating. Not a treatment. The material itself. Our composite rolls for flooring distribution are graded to consistent density tolerances of ±3 kg/m³ across the full roll width. Every batch ships with a moisture migration certificate. Distributors get the same documentation their downstream contractors will ask for.
